A component part of my company’s Corporate Leadership Journey Program was a Communication Skills Module that Iva facilitated. This was my personal favorite session, as Iva did a fantastic job of transforming a “standard” workshop theme into a highly engaging and eye-opening experience. My group consisted of peers, Hotel GM’s from our portfolio, people of different backgrounds, managing properties in three different destinations: Zagreb, Rovinj & Dubrovnik.

Iva’s interactive, exceptionally informative, yet entertaining approach in facilitating this workshop served to be especially revealing on two levels.  First and foremost, we as colleagues got to know one another better than ever.
